SSL_SESSION_new

construct a new SSL_SESSION object

SSL_SESSION *
SSL_SESSION_new
(void);
SSL_SESSION_new
() allocates and
initializes an new SSL_SESSION object. The reference
count is set to 1, the time to the current time, and the timeout to five
minutes.
When the object is no longer needed, it can be destructed with SSL_SESSION_free(3).
SSL_SESSION_new
() is used internally, for
example by SSL_connect(3).
SSL_SESSION_new
() returns the new
SSL_SESSION object or NULL
if
insufficient memory is available.
After failure,
ERR_get_error(3) returns
ERR_R_MALLOC_FAILURE
.

0.5.2 and has been available since OpenBSD 2.4.
